In November 2000 Apple Blossom Bakeshop started as a home based business, specializing in quality baked products. The small bakeshop steadily gained a name in this locality and by the year 2003 the business expanded and the main store was put up along the La Trinidad Highway.
In 2007, ownership was changed from sole proprietorship to a partnership between the sisters Rachel Ann G. Llabres and Rossana G. Llabres, who from the start were a team. At present the company is still steadily gaining more customers and broader clientele.
